Phil has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, beginning his career in technical support and gradually expanding into systems administration, infrastructure, and cloud technologies. He currently works as a DevOps Engineer, with a focus on maintaining and improving internal systems, including Salesforce.

Since joining Skills Active Te Mahi Ako, he has supported a wide range of IT functions and now concentrates on automation, system reliability, and internal platform development. He continues to build on his broad technical knowledge and is committed to delivering practical, effective solutions that support the organisation’s operations.
